GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Şirketimiz bünyesinde istihdam edilmek ve Bilecik-Bozüyük çevresinde çalışmak üzere tercihan askerliğini yapmış, B sınıfı ehliyeti, aşağıdaki niteliklere sahip mühendisler aranmaktadır.

TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER (2 POSITIONS)

Tecnoferrari Group is a leading company in automation sector, specifically in ceramic sector, with +250 employee worldwide. Tecnoferrari is searching for n.2 positions for TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER for its branch in TURKEY.

Experience:

At least 2/3 years, in companies operating in ceramic sector or in structured companies in the metalworking sector.

Qualification:

Mechatronic/Electrical/Mechanical

Description:

· Provide on-site and telephone support, training and repair service for customers. Includes installation support, on-site repair and key operator training (maintenance and equipment operations training)

· Provide on-site setup and installation of all TECNOFERRARI industrial machines. This includes working with the customer regarding pre-installation requirements as well as assisting the customer in unloading all components for the system and positioning it in the customer’s facility.

· Un-crate the machine, checking electrical power and compressed air, initial setup and adjustment, and thoroughly testing the machine.

· Provide initial and on-going formal customer operator maintenance training

· Provide periodic on-site trouble-shooting and repairs that may be experiencing complex electrical, mechanical or pneumatic problems as directed by Field Service Manager and/or TECNOFERRARI customer support team.

· Provide detailed technical feedback toTECNOFERRARI during and after each customer visit.

· Work remotely with customers to accurately identify equipment issues and provide technical information and repair guidance in order to pinpoint the necessary solutions to reported issues.

· Participate in after hours support activities on a rotating basis

· This role will include travel up to 75% of work week, as well as occasional weekend work to meet customer needs.

Profile:

· Have a minimum 2 year technical degree or equivalent experience in mechatronic, mechanical and electronic technology

· Good knowledge of English language spoken and written

· Microsoft Windows operating systems knowledge

· MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Possess customer management skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction

· Can demonstrate the ability to independently manage a large service territory (includes effective management of assets i.e. parts, tools, company information)

· Can demonstrate ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems to the component level

· Have the ability to provide remote technical support and to effectively communicate (telephone, email, Team-viewer) with Customers

· Knowledge of high and low voltage wiring, capability of identifying and qualifying single phase as well as three phase power requirements

Plus:

· Possess a working knowledge of RIPS, color theory, a plus

· Have a working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop software.
