QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

SYNLAB offers a full range of medical laboratory services for practicing doctors, clinics, health sector and the pharmaceutical industry. Formed through a combination of Labco and Synlab, the new SYNLAB Group is the leader on the European market for human medicine laboratory services in 40 countries.

SYNLAB Turkey is a laboratory of SYNLAB Group that gives services in biochemistry, microbiology and pathology to Turkey and abroad.

SYNLAB Turkey seeks a Sales and Marketing manager for the central laboratory in Ankara.


Sales and Marketing Job Duties:


  • Develops and implements strategic sales and marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Management of sales activity and tracking of key sales actions (Funnel management, sales processes, coverage on critical accounts, compliance topics, etc.)
  • Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
  • Develops and recommends product positioning and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
  • Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
  • Trains other sales people in the art of selling
  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
  • Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
