Swissôtel Resort Bodrum Beach lies directly on the waterfront in Turgutreis, approximately 20 kilometres from the center of Bodrum. The main two-store hotel comprises 70 rooms and suites offering at least 40 m² per room, complimented by villas and duplex terraces in front, which house 72 serviced apartments that are 120-240 m² in size. The bars and restaurants are being created as places of entertainment where the ambiance is formal or casual and dishes are prepared with the finest local produce. Summary of Responsibilities

• To consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• To greet all guest as they enter and exit the hotel while ensuring service standards are followed
• To engage in conversation with first time visitors, showing them the lobby and offering directions as required
• To assist guests regarding hotel facilities and promotions in an informative and helpful way
• To follow department policies, procedures and service standards
• To follow all safety policies  
• Other duties as assigned

 Qualifications

• Previous service experience required
• Must possess a professional presentation
• Must possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
