International E-Commerce Executive

Job Description: We are looking for an International E-Commerce Executive Assistant who can undertake original work and possesses analytical problem-solving skills in our rapidly growing international e-commerce sector. This individual will support the company's business operations in global markets and assist our management team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide operational support to senior executives and organize daily workflows. Plan and coordinate international meetings, business trips, and events. Prepare original reports and presentations, conduct data analysis with advanced Excel skills. Communicate effectively using a high level of foreign language proficiency in both internal and external communications. Solve problems and manage projects in e-commerce with an analytical approach.

Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in foreign languages (English preferred, other languages ??are advantageous). Advanced Excel and analytical skills, expertise in data analysis. Original work and analytical problem-solving abilities. Experience in international e-commerce with Shopify knowledge is preferred. Superior organizational and time management skills.
