Job Description :

• Collect knowledge gained thru the incident problem solving activity
• Validate supplier yearly QIP and track required Supplier improvement
•  Managing the quality performance evaluation process and reporting to Quality site manager

• Managing with supplier solving the problems
• Collecting NC costs and forwarding to Purchasing Team.
• Managing the activities about defining customer and SP quality requirements during the selection (prenomination and alternative supplier) and evaluation phases
• Verifies and approves new or changed components production processes through application of SP APQP/component verification process
• Identify and analyse suspect components and initiate actions like customer involvement, engineering involvement to reduce quality incidents on purchased materials and initiate re-qualifications
• Planning & Realising & Tracking the audit of critical suppliers and Defining and tracking the supplier and product development process (Visits, audits, evaluation meetings etc.)
• Material sample submission and approval (PPAP or adaequate)
• Drive all supplier monitoring and development activities for Business Units suppliers.
• Continuously drives analysis of improvement potentials in the process landscape of Supply Management and takes the lead on continuous improvement activities of identified potentials.

General Qualifications : 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Automotive OEM or at Supplier(Project Management or Purchasing experience in automotive will be considered) 
• Problem Solving Skills / Operational Quality Experience
• Experience about TS 16949
• Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, PDCA, 8D, APQP, PPAP, etc.)
• Process auditor certified,
• Teamwork, ability to cope with stress, customer orientation, negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel
