We are looking for a Technical Office Engineer with the following qualifications to be assigned to our project based in Istanbul.

Job Description

• Cost Management

-       Calculations of investment budgets

-       Budget management, cost control, achievement of financial objectives

-       Preparation of bills of quantities

-       Organisation of tenders, analysis and selection of tender offers

-       Preparation of monthly financial reports

• Project Management

-       Project scheduling

-       Design process management & coordination

-       Management of necessary legal and administrative processes

-       Managing General Contractor’s tender process

-       Managing / monitoring the construction process

-       Preparation of monthly progress reports

-       Managing the process of handover defects removal

-       Preparation of technical due diligence reports

Qualification

-       Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, preferably having education or working experience abroad

-       At least 2 years of Technical Office experience

-       Advanced level of English

-       Knowledge of Ms Office, Ms Project & AutoCad programs

-       Customer, time and budget oriented working discipline

-       Problem solving skills

-       Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
