Key Responsibilities:

•         Perform quality control on production processes and make improvement recommendations.
•         Continuously monitor and audit compliance with quality standards.
•         Conduct tests and analyses to determine product quality and prepare reports.
•         Participate in improvement projects and resolve quality issues.
•         Collaborate with the production team to enhance quality awareness. 

Job Description:

•        Responsible for Quality Management systems and related work within the framework of these policies (ISO 9001).
•         Disseminate and organize the implementation of relevant quality procedures, forms, instructions, and all other documents (ISO 9001 and ISO 45001).
•        Organize internal audits, ensure they are conducted on time, and track and report any nonconformities.
•        Participate in external audits and take necessary corrective and/or preventive actions regarding departments after these audits and follow developments.
•        Create sample forms in accordance with relevant requests and prepare specifications by liaising with global technical teams.
•         Input the codes of new products into the system according to sample forms and edit their specs.
•         Participate in Quality-Customer Complaint studies with Manufacturing and Quality teams.
•        Participate in continuous improvement studies and fulfill related duties.
•         Embrace the Change Management Procedure and ensure its dissemination within the company.
•         Assist in developing the system for Product Quality Assurance. 

General Qualifications:

•         Graduated from engineering faculties of universities and completed a master's degree.
•         Proficient in English.
•         A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality processes.
•         Result and customer-oriented, open to teamwork, and adaptable to change.
•         A resident of Gaziantep or willing to live in Gaziantep.
