We are looking for "Training & Organizational Development Executive" to join our Human Resources Directorate located at Güneşli responsible from local markets of Şölen Çikolata Gıda San ve Tic AS. ·       

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields, preferably having master degree,
• Minimum 6  years of related work experience in HR, 
• Experienced in employer branding and  organizational development  area,
• Advanced Level of English,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills ,
• Flexible and team-work oriented,
• Result & solution oriented, effective problem solver,
• Unrelated to military service for male. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design effective organizational and talent development process; realizing organizational development projects,
• In-depth knowledge of industry and discipline best practices, methodology and trends for the FMCG sector,
• Analyse, evaluating and following  rise and rotation demands during the year,
• Develop and execute talent review and planning sessions,
• Conduct needs assessments to identify key leadership and employee development needs, both on an individual level,
• Oversee leadership development design, content, quality and production,
• Provide direction and training to training coordinators who support event planning,
• Coordinates all aspects of internal support for program development, marketing support and training coordination.
