Assisting Finance Director in all Finance related topics including but not limited to definitions below:

·         Tax Planning & Forecasting  – Calculating and estimating tax position/exposure, reconciling taxable profits with local and IFRS accounts. Monitoring changes in the Turkish operations, analyzing their impact on taxation and propose solutions.

·         Tax Legislation Monitoring  – Detecting and Reporting changes in Tax Legislation, assessing their impacts on ongoing Financial Targets and Business Models.

·         Leading investment incentive processes – Performing new applications and maintaining ongoing certification and leading new applications and related issues with the Consultants and organizational internal partners during period of incentive certification

·         Assisting Independent Audit together with Controller –Performing checks of Independent Auditor preliminary works and draft reports.

·         Monitoring ICO related position – Thin Cap related topics

·         Planning and designing improvements on financial systems–  Monitoring the improvement areas of the financial systems and developing solution plans with alternatives

·         Liaising with ERP Outsource Support Company–

·         Data analytics and Modeling– Designing and implementing new Reports in ERP when needed

·         Transfer pricing management and analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant departments. (Economics, Business Administration, Finance),
• Good knowledge of Tax Regulations,
• 4-5 years of experience in Tax and Accounting,
• Good sense of organization and curiosity
• Excellent knowledge of Excel,
• Ability to interpret financial data and strong analytical skills,
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Experience partnering with and leading and influencing multiple teams responsible for complex operations.
• Strong working knowledge of financial systems, statements and reports.
• Building relationships and communicates effectively in order to positively influence peers and other stakeholders,
