• Minimum of 1 year practical experience in all aspects of skin care.
• Experience in a luxury hotel brand is preferred.
• Good command on English and Turkish.

İŞ TANIMI

• To organize treatments as per Six Senses Spas standards.
• To make sure treatment rooms have enough supplies at all times and as per Six Senses Spas standards.
• To request and collect the stock of supplies necessary for the treatment rooms.
• To set up the treatment rooms as per Six Senses Spas standards.
• To provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to guests at all times.
• To evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements to the Spa.
• To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the Spa and own treatment rooms.
• To ensure all equipment is well maintained and in safe condition.
• To handle guest complaints and record all guest comments.
• To personally log all product recommendations.
• To record daily requisitions in the balance or record book.
• To report lost and found items and submit guest incident reports to the manager.
• To participate in training as required.
• To assist in the training of hosts within the department, ensuring that the standards and methods of service are maintained as per Six Senses Spas manual.
• To be responsible for quality control of stock.
• To carry out monthly stock count, both retail and professional stock.
• To monitor usage of products.
• To keep regular accounting for accurate product levels of supply ordering.
• To report any breakage or malfunction of any items at the spa and follow up on the repair and maintenance.
• To be well groomed and presentable at all times and according to the Six Senses Spas grooming standards.
• To show enthusiasm and motivation at all times.
• To keep a professional working manner at all times.

• To assist other teams when required to complete the tasks assigned.
