QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Established in 1979, Sistem Teknik specializes in the design and production of heat treatment furnaces for the aluminium, brass and composite industries. Through innovative design and engineering, we provide high efficiency heat treatment facilities to our customers in over 30 countries across the globe. In order to fulfill our vision of becoming the largest producer in the industry, we are looking for a team member who will help us toward this vision.

 

Required Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or other qualified engineering major

·         Preferably having an MBA

·         More than 2 years of experience

·         Showing adequate technical knowledge to prepare the content for proposals as well as a very good command of AutoCAD

·         Full proficiency in written and spoken English 

·         No travel restrictions

·         Holding a valid driver’s license 

·         Demonstrating good communication skills and a genuine interest in the needs and demands of customers 

·         Experienced in crisis management as well as interdepartmental coordination

·         Strong marketing skills and a capability for persuasion 

·         Military service must have been completed for male candidates 

 

Job Description: 

·         Managing all sales activities and preparing sales reports regularly 

·         Representing all sales processes for the company

·         Visiting existing sites periodically in order to contribute to the development of projects and to establish new connections for the company  

·         Planning operations and activities that focus on increasing sales 

·         Working on ways to increase customer satisfaction and the capacity of future projects with existing customers  

·         Following up on existing projects

·         Finding potential customers as well as working on how to approach them successfully

·         Preparing proposals with technical content and managing the documentation process for the department
