QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Established in 1979, Sistem Teknik is a global leader in the design and production of heat treatment furnaces for the aluminium, brass and composite industries. Through innovative design and engineering, we provide high efficiency facilities to our customers in over 35 countries across the globe as our company is Turkey’s greatest producer and exporter of industrial furnaces. In order to fulfill our vision of becoming the largest producer in the world, we are looking for a team member who will help us toward this vision.

Required Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical or Mechanical engineering major

·         Preferably having an MBA

·         More than 3 years of experience

·         Showing adequate technical knowledge to prepare the content for proposals as well as a very good command of AutoCAD

·         Excellent command of written and spoken English 

·         No travel restrictions

·         Holding a valid driver’s license 

·         Demonstrating good communication skills and a genuine interest in the needs and demands of customers 

·         Experienced in crisis management as well as interdepartmental coordination

·         Strong marketing skills and a capability for persuasion 

·         Military service must have been completed for male candidates 

Job Description: 

·         Contributing to after sales service activities and the supply of spare parts for the company’s customers as well as representing the company in customers’ worksite

·         Preparing reports on after sales operations regularly

·         Visiting existing sites periodically in order to contribute to the service and spare part requirements for completed projects and to establish stronger connections with existing customers  

·         Working on ways to increase customer satisfaction and the capacity of future projects with existing customers  

·         Expanding the company’s aftersales operations by reaching out to new customers

·         Preparing proposals with technical content and managing the documentation process for the department
