Requirements:

·       University Degree in Chemistry or Engineering (Chemical, Environmental and related fields)

·       Advanced command of English

·       Minimum 5 years of sectoral experience

·       Knowledge of SAP

·       Knowledge in quality systems such as ISO (9001-14001-27001)

·       Team management experience

·       Knowledge of root cause analysis methods (Knowledge of 5S, Fishbone analysis)

·       Ability to work with cross functional teams

·       Resistant to intense work tempo

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead and manage a team of quality control technicians to ensure product quality and adherence to standards

·       Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to meet ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements

·       Conduct regular audits and inspections of production sites to identify and address quality issues

·       Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality deviations and implement corrective actions

·       Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes

·       Train and mentor quality control technicians to ensure high standards of performance and professionalism

·       Control of inspection equipment is conducted to meet all compliance standards

·       Communicate with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters

·       Stay current on industry trends and regulations related to quality control and assurance.
