QUALIFICATIONS

University degree

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

Highly responsible & reliable

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm and courteous at all times

Professional & neat appearance, presentable personality.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Understand and are capable of doing all Switchboard office duties

Answer and connect all the external and internal calls.

Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail,

Excellent personal presentation and communication skills, 

A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service, 

Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a VIP Guest, 

Professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service ,

Proven ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs, 

Conflict resolution experience, 

Takes messages and control all messages if they have been received by the guests

Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

Accept and deliver all messages correctly and promptly for both Guests and management

Ensure all wake up calls take place at the correct time

Handle emergency calls immediately and relay comprehensive and accurate information, as required

Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times

Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation

Attend appropriate training courses, when required

Demonstrate a knowledge of all hotel services, local attractions and landmarks in the hotel vicinity

Follow company brand standards

Inform the Manager On Duty about all the important and emergency events.

Assist other departments, as necessary

Preferred Candidate

1 - 3 years of experience
Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate)
