Shaya, which operates with a corporate culture that rewards "Think Big," "Act Small," and "Be You", is currently looking for Operations Services Manager to join its Starbucks division.

Job Description

• Ensure the implementation of operational processes within the framework of Starbucks ‘Operational Excellence’, manage and coordinate the internal communication process, take an active role in projects in the support office,
• Ensure that internal customers are provided with timely, accurate and current status information,
• Develop strategic and operational plans for operations and other related departments. Manage plans’ implementation and measuring the results,
• Supervise the implementation of requests from field operations to the support office. Develop project and reporting systems, manage and monitor these projects on behalf of the operation,
• Manage the internal communication process of the operation unit,
• Take part in projects supporting the Starbucks Service Mission and improving & measuring guest service provided.

Qualifications

• University degree from reputable universities,
• At least 7 years experience FMCG or Retail sector,
• Experienced in organization and team management,
• Experienced in project management with internal and external customers,
• Transparent communication both orally and written,
• Very strong planning and coordination skills,
• Have an analytical, strategic and solution oriented skills,
• Excellent in Microsoft skills, in particular excel, power point
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
