• Bachelor’s degree;  Management, Economics or Engineering degrees are preffered,

• Fluent in English,

• Minimum 3 years of work experience; Cosmetics Product Management/Retail is preferred,

• Good communication skills,

• Interested in cosmetics,

• Proficiency in MS Office applications,

• Experienced and active social media user,

• Strong analitical skills.

İŞ TANIMI

• All Merchandising responsibilites including price file management, stock file maintainence,

• Inventory control and analysis, Ageing Stock Management,

• Oversee and co-ordinate all stock orders alongside store teams,

• Weekly and monthly sales and stock reporting,

• Execute marketing and communication plan alongside with global strategies, 360 degrees with in store activities, press events and digital environment (SMS, E-mailing),

• Communicate brand marketing strategies to operation teams and store staff,

• Briefs social media and creative agencies and executes product launches,

• Promotional planning, communication and analysis,

• Executes global visual merchandising guidlines for stores, translation and adaptation of locally developed marketing materials,

• Competitor analysis, brand awareness- Local- Regional- Global- research and follow trends,

• Plaza Event planning and management.
