We are looking for an Application & Innovation Supervisor with below listed qualifications to join our Application Team at our growing  R&D department :

Job description 

• Translate and immediate between Application manager and different departments.
• Bring the goals and mindset for projects or day to day business from application manager toward others in 2 different teams on a proper way by translating correctly and on a way these are well understood
• Making sure that application manager is not by-passed in some crucial decisions
• Delegate work in application team
• Independent application & project planning
• Able to write (technical) reports in both English and Turkish
• Integrating creativity, innovation & presentation skills to provide good internal support. problem solving abilities
• Use Creative/Innovative skills to develop relevant new concepts
• Develop & improve application formulations
• Able to establish & guide project or innovation development
• Trouble shooting, frangrance solution & technologies in customer bases
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing, Perfumers other departments to support projects
• Lead training / development of co-workers to obtain organized work surrounding
• Lead / train department to deliver finished products for sales purposes in an accurate and effective way
• Technical knowledge in a variety of applications (prefered)
• Solve difficult problems with effective solutions
• Looking beyond the obvious and doesn’t stop at the first answers 

Required experiences

• Verbal and written skills in English is absolutely needed
• Experience of leading a team (prefered)
• Accurate and well organized
• Good communications skills in English and Turkish (both written and spoken)
• Preferably experienced in technical testing (stability, performance etc.)
• Candidate must possess strong analytical and pragmatic way of thinking, strong organizational and communication skills
• Candidates must be computer literate, flexible and to be able to work under their own initiative
• Candidate must be able to, even under pressure, work very accurate
• Candidate must have successfully finished a chemical study
• Some experience or motivation to work in the fragrance or cosmetic related field is prefered
• Fragrance or cosmetic industry background is prefered
