We are currently hiring Fragrance Analysts.

We are looking for individuals who love learning, solving problems, answering questions, validating answers and enabling exceptional customer experiences.

The Fragrance Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth analyses of fragrance compositions, ingredients, and performance. This role requires a combination of technical expertise in analytical chemistry, a sound understanding of olfactory compounds, and a passion for the world of fragrances.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct advanced analytical tests on fragrance samples using instruments like GC-MS, HPLC, and others.
• Perform tests, analyses & present results of weight loss simulations for development and production fragrances.
• Collaborate with the fragrance creation team to refine and optimize fragrance formulations.
• Ensure that fragrance compositions meet all established quality standards and regulations.
• Work with the cross-collaborative team to troubleshoot and resolve any fragrance-related issues.
• Maintain detailed records of all analyses performed.
• Produce technical reports, detailing the findings and providing recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in fragrance analytical methodologies.
• Recommend new technologies or techniques that can enhance the company's analytical capabilities.
• Provide analytical insights to guide fragrance development processes.

Experience you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in analytical chemistry, preferably in the fragrance or cosmetics industry.
• Proficiency with analytical techniques such as Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), and others is a plus.
• Strong olfactory skills and familiarity with a wide range of fragrance ingredients.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to ask questions and follow up.
