GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

One of Turkey's leading IT companies,

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering,Computer Engineering or Technology is an advantage
  • 8+ years of experience in multi-product/brand sales and  technical sales management in complex IT solutions (experience in IT sector is a must)
  • 4+ years of experience as a People Manager in a team selling environment,
  • Proven track record in high customer retention and customer centric sales approach, solutions selling, or conceptual value based sales,
  • Establish high-level strategic relationships with the accounts. Identify main contacts and decision makers,
  • Excellent understanding and command of sales pipeline management and service solutions selling methodologies,
  • Good level of relationship building skills,
  • Fluent in Turkish and English
  • No travel restrictions,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description

  • Manage relationships with existing client base, driving account usage and actively developing opportunities to expand within existing clients
  • Develop annual business plans and successfully deploy it by leading the sales team,
  • Continuously seek Business Development opportunities with an entrepreneurial spirit,
  • Maintain, Develop and leverage relationships with the assigned accounts, Become the Trusted Advisor for customers by demonstrating application know-how.
  • To set the strategy for the sales & marketing team; build and manage the sales pipeline; to achieve targeted revenue goals through new business generation
  • To acquire, manage and motivate a high-talented sales team
  • To effectively manage all customers, business partners and vendors (external and internal)
  • Evangelize the business and technology benefits of our Vendor portfolio (products and services) in front of Customers, Partners and Internal Teams
  • Plan and follow up sales incentive and rebate programs
