QUALIFICATIONS

·        Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university especially in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical & Electronics and Chemical Engineering departments,

·        Previous supervisory experience required,

·        Experience in FMCG is a plus,

·        Fluency in English both in speaking and writing,

·        Strong equipment and process knowledge,

·        Experience leading and growing a team is an asset,

·        Excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills,

·        Lean Management knowledge and experience is plus

·        Good level of MS-Office applications,

·        Experience using SAP an asset,

·        Strong analytical abilities

·        Candidate who are willing to live or already living on the Anatolian side of Istanbul are preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Design and organize the work force to meet the production demand (daily, weekly basis) and continuously check for plan compliance

·        Lead production level meetings and plan for actions inline with lean management principles

·        Lead daily, weekly and monthly operational measure loss analysis (OEE, scrap, stop, etc)

·        Direct and continuous communication with direct reportees and other people/departments

·        Resolve and analyze manufacturing issues resulting from human error, equipment failure, product/component quality, and schedule changes.

·        Develop, implement and manage operational strategies, goals and objectives consistent with corporate objectives and continuous improvement

·        Work closely with the Health and Safety Committee, quality and GMP staff ensuring that all processes and work areas are compliant throughout the Production areas.

·        Lead and coordinate flexibility program to ensure set-ups and changeovers are timely completed

·        Monitor and achieve departmental targets such as OEE, Stops, HSE, Quality, Material Variance, Change Over Times and 5S.

·        Increase productivity, labor variance and quality through Process Improvement based on current acceptable standards.

·        Work with all others to support and deliver new product initiatives to meet launch dates.

·        Orientation and training of new employees, development and monitoring of individual employee goals.

·        Complete performance reviews.

·        Coordinate cycle count process, including review of variance reports, development of corrective action plans.

·        Performs other related duties as assigned by management team.
