Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields from a reputable university

- + 6 years of experience in Accounting, Tax, Finance, Reporting functions

- Previous experience as a manager role of a team preferably in multinational company

- Knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”) and General  Accounting Principle with Turkish Tax Regulation

- Previous experience working with SAP and MS Office programs

- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal

- Strong analytical perspective

- Good communication skills

Job Description

 - Work with CFO on the strategic vision. Monitor and direct implementation of strategic plans.

- Manage the accounting, tax and treasury functions.

- Preparation and monitoring of all monthly/annual financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss, net working capital etc.) according to management requirements and IFRS

- Report to monthly/annual financial result to the CFO and the Executive Management Team

- Ensure accurate submission to head office of monthly/annual financial reporting packages

- Prepare necessary documents for the General Assembly of the Company

- Ensure that supplier and receivables (including intercompany balance) reconciliation  are completed on time

- Review and approve all month end tax and performance report

- Preparation of payment lists

- Monitor banking activities of the organization

- Lead relationship with Parent company, External auditors, Tax and Legal advisors
