QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Finance & Administrative Affairs Director" for our multinational client located at Çukurova region.
University degree from reputable universities is a must, preferably in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines, masters degree is a plus
Around 7-10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting and Controlling experience, Audit company experience is a plus
Minimum 3 years of management experience in Finance Management, preferably at international organizations
Proven experience in strategic commercial finance management, preferably acted as a finance business partner for the management during his/her career
Good knowledge of intercompany and international trading operations, proven experience in import and export
Perfect understanding of financial instruments such as P/L, Balance Sheet etc.
Perfect knowledge of reporting standards, both in IFRS and Turkish GAAP
Ability to act analytically, result and people oriented with hands-on management approach
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Turkish, English languages
SAP knowledge is a plus
Currently living or willing to relocate CUKUROVA REGION (ADANA, MERSIN, HATAY, OSMANIYE)
İŞ TANIMI
The Finance & Administrative Affairs Director is expected to manage all financial activities of the legal entity/country to ensure quality financial services are provided to site management and local business partners in compliance with legal and statutory regulations.
The Finance & Administrative Affairs Director manages Finance, Accounting departments directly, and is expected to act as the one single point of contact for Finance related strategy of the company at his/her region. S(he) is responsible for management of all finance activities (accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, credit & collection, treasury) of the legal entity/country according to group and legal guideline to provide desired quality of financial services. The person is also expected to report in respect to IFRS requirements to the regional headquarters as well as the shareholders of the organization.
The person is expected to manage all legal and tax matters, audit and internal controls, and to ensure that compliance criteria are met according to group strategy. The Finance & Administrative Affairs Director acts as a business partner with BU management, Regional Controllers, and local management team in order to enable the company to take necessary actions and decisions.
Additionaly, s(he) should support headquarters' management team proactively in implementing the business strategy while supporting them to achieve expected objectives.
