We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to recruit, train and manage a digital marketing team of the following individuals:


CONTENT MARKETING MANAGER

Job Description

  • Champion content generation and distribution process to grow website visitors and social media followers as well as improve engagement rates
  • Create visual and written content in various formats such as ad copies, blog posts, infographics, press releases, newsletters, slideshows, videos, patient stories, e-books etc. to distribute across company website(s), social channels or 3rd party platforms
  • Manage agencies, content creators and freelancers for outsourcing tasks where required
  • Prepare monthly content calendar specific for the target audience of each platform, publish the content using scheduling tools
  • Monitor, moderate and respond to reviews, comments and direct messages in line with the company tone of voice on a daily basis
  • Research competitors regularly and follow industry trends to synchronise with strategy
  • Identify online patient communities, initiate conversations, build relationships and engagement to drive lead generation
  • Maintain a good reputation for the company on social media platforms and forums, prevent any defamation of the company or its business partners where possible
  • Report KPIs regularly on a monthly basis using social media management, social listening and reporting tools


Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, English literature, American literature, journalism, public relations, psychology, sociology or translation and interpretation studies
  • Excellent command of written English with a creative mind and out of the box thinking ability for idea/concept/campaign generation
  • 5+ years experience in content marketing, copywriting, design, social media and community management in a B2C industry either on the agency side or in house
  • Solid knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube as well as SEO best practices and keyword optimisation
  • Comfortable with using photo and video editing programs


SEO MANAGER

Job Description

  • Perform site audits, keyword analysis, competitor research and technical SEO for on-page optimisation compliant with Google Webmaster guidelines
  • Form relationships with healthcare journalists, bloggers, influencers and conduct outreach campaigns for online PR and link building from authoritative sites
  • Analyse website traffic on Google Analytics, optimize pages to improve conversion and reduce bounce rate
  • Monitor Google algorithm updates, respond and adapt timely to changes
  • Report KPIs regularly on a monthly basis using Google Analytics and Search Console

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in running SEO campaigns which hit KPIs in a B2C industry
  • Excellent understanding and experience using third party SEO analysis tools (i.e. Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Majestic, MOZ etc.)
  • HTML, Javascript, CSS, Wordpress, MS Excel, Google Analytics and Search Console knowledge
  • Fluency in English required, any other European language is a plus


PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER

Job Description

  • Create, monitor and optimize paid lead generation campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, Instagram Ads across search, display and video networks within cost-per-lead budget
  • Build landing pages and optimize for conversion using A/B tests
  • Generate new campaign ideas and make recommendations to management
  • Adapt English campaigns into other European languages and execute multilingual campaigns in cooperation with the respective country lead (professional translations to be provided)
  • Report KPIs regularly on a weekly and monthly basis

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in running PPC campaigns in a B2C industry
  • Google Analytics knowledge on intermediate level
  • Google and/or Facebook Blueprint Certification
  • Fluency in English required, any other European language is a plus
