QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Genel Nitelikler

Due to our expansion in Turkey we are seeking an energetic and self motivated  “Customer  Support Representative”  to help develop our business further and ensure customer satisfaction.

The Customer Support Representative  is a vital member of the Uckan Test Sales & Service Business Teams. The primary role of the position is to be a highly responsive, "can-do" single point of contact for customers and to manage the long-term customer relationship, in coordination with our service & sales team members. Resident at Istanbul Anatolian side, close to Ataşehir (Ataşehir, Üsküdar, Kadıköy, Bostancı, Ümraniye)

  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • University degree
  • Minimum 1 year experience, preferably in a technical office environment
  • Proven office administration skills to be able to run and maintain procedures, including experience with MS Office programs
  • Good communication skills on the phone
  • Good organizational & multitasking skills
  • Customer focused, self-motivated and ability to work independently to handle and resolve recurring problems 
  • Knowledge of basic import/export & logistics & accounting  procedures is a plus
  • Previous CRM experience is a plus


İş Tanımı

  • Responsible for some office & service administration, including ordering, order tracking,  customs clearing, invoicing, receivables, overdue follow-ups, etc. and managing all necessary documentation with the third party companies, such as suppliers, customers, banks, accountants, customs agency etc
  • Managing office, including procurement of office supplies, corporate hospitality, corporate office appearance
  • Preparing & participating in weekly service report meetings
  • Preparing service quotations, submit them to customers and follow-up till secure the order
  • Communication with European Headquarters to check lead-times and order shipments
  • Reviewing service contracts, order forms and other documents, oversees order processing activities ensuring contract compliance, process standardization and order accuracy to comply with standard operating procedures
  • Pro-actively qualifies leads generated through our website, tradeshows, and other MARCOM generated-means through diligent phone calling and e-mailing
  • Provides customer support through diligent telephone follow-up to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Compile customers’ database and prepare brochures, mailers, etc. to support marketing programs/projects developed
  • Organize and coordinate trade shows, seminars and exhibitions
  • Contributing local marketing activities
  • As part of a flexible team to assist another areas of service & sales business as required due to holidays/absenteeism/work load
