QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

* Bachelor Degree ( Graguated from departments of Economics and Business Administrations preferably )

 * Experience in preferably related business (customer services) or similar positions.
* Good command of Office programs user experience
* Good command of English language 

* Command of Transportation and customs legislation

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Provides communication and coordination between internal service providers and foreign Offices for their customers.
* Manages the transactions towards operations with foreign offices 
* Visits acquired customers regularly in order to improve relationships 
* Works in a coordination with Sales Team and supports them for new & acquired customers.
* Takes actions for finding solutions about possible hitches rapidly and meeting customer expectations & satisfaction
* Follows up Land Transportation operational transaction regularly and provides submitting information flow about details/updates to the customers.
