QUALIFICATIONS

* Graduated from Engineering faculties of reputable universities (preferably Industrial Engineering).

* Fluent in English (Written and Verbal).

* Analytical thinker, creative, capable of teamwork, strong communication skills, result - oriented.

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excell, Power Point, Outlook, Word).

* Motivation in working in field and interest in operations.

* Knowledge on tools/concepts/methodologies of Quality & Standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 5S, FMEA, Corrective Actions & Root Cause Analysis Methods etc.).

JOB DESCRIPTION

* To support regular quality assurance activities (internal/external/customer audits, ISO/documentation management activities, failure analysis etc.).

* To prepare daily, weekly and monthly quality metrics to report and represent them in relevant platforms.

* To support issue based controls and customer claim management.

* To analyse of customer satisfaction surveys and to follow up defined actions.

* To integrate work instruction updates to quality control system.

* To work with customers and management to increase quality level.

* To execute different duties and responsibilities given by Quality Management.

* To assist quality control operators with troubleshooting and to resolve quality issues.

* To support improvement activities and reporting.
