  QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant Bachelor Degree (Preferably Logistics, Business Adm., etc.)
• Experienced at related business or ambitious new graduate candidates
• Good command of office programs
• Good command of English language
• Transportation team-player, self-managed, service oriented
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English language
• Practice and pro-active approach, open for improvement, stress management
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Based in Bursa

    JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensures sustanibility of Ocean Freight operations in timely manner without damages and following up the Ocean Freight shipments of acquired customers under under custody
• Supports pricing activities to the sales team or customers with Senior Customer Representative guidance in order to gain new customers
• Prepares shipments’ documents and shares them with related units (customer, lines, suppliers, warehouses, customs agents and etc.)
• Responds to all questions which comes from acquired customers in timely manner and finds alternative solutions for existing problems
• Manages and follows up invoicing process regards to actualized services, payments with foreign DB Schenker offices
• Works in a coordination with Sales Team and supports them for new & existing customers and keeps acquired customers inline with determined budget
