Job Description

Responsible for analyzing market trends and sales performance in order to present recommendations for the product.

Analyses both local and global competitor activity in order to provide the business’s product with a competitive edge over competition.

Works to define product enhancements and strategies, also responsible for reporting on the product’s roadmap to senior product management.

Works within the product management team as well as other teams in determining product vision, positioning, and direction.

Responsible for researching, understanding, and finally communicating the needs of the consumers. This communication finds its importance especially with the product engineering teams who will use it to enhance and improve the product.

Deep knowledge of customer journey mapping and process management.

Working with Product, Backend, Frontend, Design teams and develops an intimate understanding of the consumer base and what is important to them. Then uses this knowledge to identify opportunities for the business’s product.

Drives operations excellence; focus on customer satisfaction and high quality service delivery, with strong interpersonal skills and responsiveness.

Qualifications

University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering

3+ years of Product Management Experience (e-commerce experience is huge plus)

Independence and ability to self-start will be critical

Understanding of the users, customers and competitors

Experience in working with cross functional teams

Love to set KPIs and analyse product performance

Experience on Agile software development & Scrum methodology

Above-average proficiency in Google Analytics

Detail and Process Oriented

Proficiency in English (oral and written)
