VACANT POSITION AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED;
SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Sales and marketing of company products in target markets
Visiting and assessing present and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
Maintaining client records
Developing and maintaining Professional relationship with all clients implementation of sales policies in complience with company vision and objective
Analyzing the financial situation of the company and researching potential business opportunities.
· New market research and determining a strategy suitable for the markets.
· New customer research, solution of detection of existing customers' needs and product development.
· Conducting interviews with potential customers and institutions
· Preparation towards increasing of work and process efficiency.
· Identifying and reporting business opportunities to increase the company's market share
· Making competitor analysis with market research
· Creating innovative ideas on existing products and working system
· Investigation of financial solutions and methods in line with the needs of the company
· Improving purchasing opportunities
Meeting with customers in certain periods, determining their needs and finding solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS :
· University gratuate ( min.bachelor's degree )
· Has planning and organization skills
· Good command of English
· Reside / be able to reside in Mersin
· Can use MS Office programs well
· Can travel as domestic and international. has a driver's license.
· Completed military service for male candidates
· Min. 3 years of experience of food sector , marketing and sales
· Researcher, result oriented in business development
· Well developed communication skills and customer orientation
· Corporate budgetting and reporting knowledge
· Preferred experience of markets is Turkey , Cyprus Middle east , Africa and Caucasus Countries
