 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepares efficient production plans on monthly, weekly cycles and manages daily production scheduling activities
  
• Analyzes capacity planning of production lines
• Manages production planning parameters in parallel with the changing demand and process Dynamics
• Close collaboration with Sales team to do the production plan of make to stock, make to order products and get priorities to do necessary revision at the production plan
• Provides coordination between the relevant units during the implementation of the production planning
• Leads the process to define optimum finished goods and materials inventory levels
• Coordinates shipment plans daily according to production plan
• Prepares daily, weekly reports
• Collaborates with supply planning, production and delivery to ensure right product and material are supplied at the right time. Resolves or coordinates issue and conflict resolution. Improves planning systems and processes
  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering
• Minumum 5 years of experience in Production Planning department
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• IFS ERP Program knowledge is an asset
• Solid analytical and organizational skills with the ability to establish consensus between functions and operations
• Willlingness to work in a dynamic and intensive working environment
• Good inter-personal relationship and communication skills
• Prone to teamwork
• Computer proficiency in MS Office Set
