Main Accountabilities

• Preparing and leading activity calendar for related categories
• Ensuring the trade marketing execution plan across the region.
• Coordinating the creation and delivery of trade marketing instore materials and content for detailing to Pharmacy and Doctor
• Determining Account Standards and effective KPI tracking.
• Segmentation and creating segment based investment plan.
• Conducting GAP analysis based on all relevant reports, creating action plans and ensuring execution of plans
• Briefing and coordinating promotion/creative/production agencies.
• Regular field visits across the region to track closely all field execution in pharmacies and TM KPIs
• Conducting Shopper Researches to obtain insights about category.
• Driving brand awareness across specific category and products.
• Tracking Trax (Account Standards implementation) implementation on the field and assisting them for accurate execution.
• Visit all regions to ensure accurate implementation of “7 Steps of a Pharmacy Call”.
• Train field force for accurate Point of Sales Materials implementation guidelines.
•  Routine visits to all regions to observe and get feedbacks about competition
