Call Center - Sales Representative (French)

Our company located in Merter interested in the health tourism sector in Turkey. We are looking for a French speaker for the position of sales and marketing representative at Europen Sales Department.

Qualifications :

·         Graduates from relevant undergraduate departments of universities

·         Min. 1 year Call Center experience

·         Good communication skills

·         High persuasion skills

·         Being solution oriented

·         To adapted to team work

·          Can keep up with dynamic, intense tempo,

·         Advanced French knowledge (writing, speaking, reading)

Job Description:

·          Contacting potential international patients via phone and e-mail

·          Providing patients with an assessment by our surgeons and sending them price quotations

·          Following up with potential and existing patients to turn leads into sales

·          Communicating clearly the necessary information about their selected procedure, hospitals and our surgeons

·          Arranging the patients’ hotel stay and their transfers from the hotel to the hospital and clinic

·          Keeping in touch with the patients upon their return home and asking for reviews and pictures

Qualifications:

·           Diplômés des départements de premier cycle pertinents des universités

·          Min. 1 an d'expérience en centre d'appels

·          Bonnes compétences en communication

·          Hautes capacités de persuasion

·          Être orienté solution

·          S'adapter au travail d'équipe

·          Peut suivre un tempo dynamique et intense,

·          Connaissance approfondie du français (écriture, expression orale, lecture)

Description de l'emploi:

·          Contacter des patients potentiels internationaux par téléphone et par e-mail

·          Fournir aux patients une évaluation par nos chirurgiens et leur envoyer des devis

·          Suivi des patients potentiels et existants pour transformer les prospects en ventes

·          Communiquer clairement les informations nécessaires sur la procédure choisie, les hôpitaux et nos chirurgiens

·          Organisation du séjour à l'hôtel des patients et de leurs transferts de l'hôtel à l'hôpital et à la clinique

·          Rester en contact avec les patients à leur retour à la maison et demander des critiques et des photos
