QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Purposes of the position

Review and check all the financial work of all joint ventures, report to the China headquarters, and provide financial advice to the regional general manager

Job descriptions:

1.         Responsible for reviewing and checking all daily vouchers, monthly statements, and monthly tax statements. Ensure all the internal and external reports are completed accurately and timely.

2.         Efficiently and accurately provide the data required by the Chinese headquarters, and at the same time provide recommendations in compliance with local accounting standards

3.         Supporting the company in driving accounting process and implementation to ensure high compliance to accounting standards, optimize and simplify processes, conduct continuous improvement

4.         Be responsible for cash management and optimization, provide timely and accurate cash flow and forecasts

5.         Focus on the company's accounts receivable and customer payment periods, and formulate and reasonably arrange the company's purchase payment plan.

6.         Prepare monthly and annual financial budgeting and forecasting

7.         Accurately check the company's raw materials, work in progress, and finished products in stock.  Accurately calculate inventory cost, and provide the variance analysis

8.         Other jobs not limited to the above

Requirement:

1.         Bachelor’s degree, major in finance or accounting

2.         3-5 years of practical financial operation experience as an accounting supervisor in an integrated factory and trading company or manufactory company.

3.         Able to fully communicate, read and write in English, also if can speak Chinese is desirable

4.         Able to independently prepare bookkeeping and financial statements, tax declaration

5.         Proficiency in Logo Tiger Wings software.

6.         Familiar with company import export and tax refund process

7.         Having good professional ethics, hard work, and team spirit, and can effectively implement the company's various affairs.

8.         Having working experience in joint ventures or foreign companies is preferred
