We are seeking a Planning Responsible with the will and ambition to work in Planning Department of Weber Turkey’s Izmir Factory.

• Bachelors degree preferably from Industrial Engineering department
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Planning department. (Both Production Planning and  Material Planning&procurement as well importation knowledge)
• Able to use SAP and MS Excel programmes
• Good command of English both written and verbal
• Proven team working skills and experience of working to tight deadlines
• The ideal candidate should be Passionate, Enthusiastic, Challenger and Adaptable
• Eager to be involved in Process Development and Improvement Projects management

JOB DESCRIPTION

The suitable candidate will be responsible from;

• Managing short and long term planning & reporting process for the finished goods and raw materials in line with master production schedule according to the capacity constraints.
• Managing of Production and material planning parameters in parallel with the changing demand and process Dynamics
• Close collaboration with Sales team to do the production plan of make to stock, make to order products and get priorities to do necessary revision at the production plan
• Working collaborativly with suppliers for optimized raw materials stock management to provide on time stocks for production plans while catching the inventory turn-over goals defined by company OWC targets
• Monitoring and improving KPIs: Inventory turnover , order lead times , product availability and service level to customer, supplier delivery performance, production plan changes, regenarated stocks follow-up, excess & obsolete & no moving inventory reductions
