QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

 ŞAHİN METAL A.Ş has been operating in ISTANBUL / Esenyurt for more than 30 years and produces aluminum die casting products for its domestic and foreign customers and 90% of the production is exported to these companies.

 CUSTOMER  QUALITY ENGİNEER

Candidate is expected to be following skills:

•   Bachelor   of related Engineering  degree 
•   Preferably at least minumum one years of work experience in the Automotive Industry for Customer Quality and/or Project Quality departments. 
• Excellent proficiency in English for both written and oral skills. 
• Having a good command of German is a plus.
• Preferably, Experience in automotive core tools (i.e. APQP, PPAP, etc.) is essential
• Experience in 8D Reports
•  Preferably, Formal certification on IATF 16949 is required.
• Good communication skills is a must to handle customer relations.
• Have a fast-paced and solution-oriented mindset.
• Preferably,  Background in High-Pressure Die Casting is preferable.
• Reside or willing to relocate in Istanbul, European Peninsula

Job Description

Candidate is expected to be responsible for:

• Take necessary actions in order to meet the customer expectations to fulfill the engineering standards and/or specifications
• Contribute to planning and/or troubleshooting during commissioning stages for new products as well as ongoing serial production.
•  Supervise quality assurance actions for daily productions.
• Attend technical and administrative meetings for regular process assessments.
• Attend project evaluation meetings with customers.
