QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

BAGEN is an expert group in the automotive Air tanks, Steering & Suspension systems with technical staff specializing across the various technologies of V-Stay Bar, Track Control Arm, Tie Rod End, Centre Drag Link, Torque Rod, Ball Joint, Stabilizer Link, Bushings, Repair Kit, and Air Tank.

 

1)    Sales administration (one job openings)

 

The duties of a sales administrator are working for the needs of the teams they support. Here are some typical responsibilities of sales administrators:

 

Responsibilities

  • Process orders via email or phone
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop monthly sales reports
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features
  • International fair and sales team travel Organization including hotel, fly tickets, car renting, stand management and logistics …)
  • Marketing support and follow up

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
  • Hands on experience with CRM software CANIAS and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
  • Excellent communications skills
  • English is a must, and, Spanish or French or German or Russian or Arabic.

Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Spanish, French, German, Russian, or Arabic is preferred.

 

Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to meet customers.
