Soft FM Services Specialist

MR; is a global company found by the partnership of Meridiam Infrastructure and Rönesans Healthcare Investment at the end of 2014 to provide executive consultancy services to Turkey’s most reputable PPP – Public Private Partnership projects

We are looking for a Soft FM Specialist to control and report how services are managed and provided by FMCo (Facility Management Company) in our City Hospitals (Yozgat, Adana, Elazığ, Bursa and Gaziantep).

Soft FM Services;

• Pest Control Services
• Parking Services
• Cleaning Services
• HIMS Services / Hospital Information Management System
• Security Services
• Patient Guidance and Accompaniment, Reception and Operator Services
• Laundry Services
• Food Services
• Waste Management Services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline; preferably Engineering, Business Administration.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Facility/Asset Management;
• Knowledge of FM service standards, with reference to Soft FM services,
• Experience of Asset/FM life cycle management, CAPEX and OPEX principles;
• Understanding of Method Statement and management contracts is desirable;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language is a must,
• Excellent report writing, analytical and computer skills;
• Capability to work to deadlines and work autonomously when required;
• Must not have travel restrictions to perform operational monitoring site visits and overnight stays.

• Agile, self-motivated, self-disciplined, good team player and result oriented
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

Job Description

• Follow and complete all processes related Soft FM Services
• Monitoring the FMCo’s medical support and Soft FM services in accordance with the Project Agreement
• Prepare and follow up all reports
• Prepare ad-hoc reports requested by the Management, Stakeholders, Banks, MoH or any related party.
