Asst. Guest Relations Manager

We are looking for a teammate to work as "ASST. GUEST RELATIONS MANAGER" in the Guest Relations Department for Rixos Sungate, which belongs to our hotel group operating in the international tourism sector.

• Welcoming guests from the moment they enter the hotel and ensuring that their requests and requests are quickly fulfilled,
• To find out whether the guest was satisfied with his holiday by meeting with the guests one on one as much as possible at the guest departures, and to send the guest off in a satisfied manner even if the guest had a problem during his holiday,
• Creating all procedures, work instructions and operating methods related to the department he is responsible for and ensuring that they are up to date,
• To raise awareness of its staff about the Integrated Quality Management System, Quality Policy and Quality targets, to convey the changes and innovations made in the system to its staff and to ensure the complete implementation of the Integrated Quality Management system by its staff,
• Providing complete and accurate information to the guest on issues such as hotel activities, opening and closing hours, general units, etc.
• Examining guest information from daily reports and taking necessary actions for guests with special occasions such as birthdays and honeymoon.

• Graduated from the Tourism and Hotel Management departments of universities,
• At least 3 years of experience in the relevant position,
• Good command of English, Russian or German,
• Developed communication skills, successful in human relations,
• Believes in teamwork,
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing conditions,
• Attention to detail, responsibility and quick decision making,
• Time management, multitasking and *prioritization skills,
