About the job

As the Molding Team Leader, you will report directly to Head of Production Plant Sörmaş. You will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating molding operations at our plant in Sörmaş. You will be responsible for designing mold drawings and ensuring an agile and highly efficient fabrication process. You will also ensure compliance with production specifications and Health, Safety, and Environment measures. Additionally, your responsibilities will include effectively managing inventory, collecting accurate data, and ensuring a seamless information flow across different levels of the operation. Moreover, you will identify opportunities for improvement while contributing to ongoing projects for process development, maintenance plans, and investment planning.

We offer a shuttle service from Eskisehir to the plant in Sögüt.

In addition, your tasks will include

•        Identifying and implementing training requirements
•        Identifying and addressing possible deviations and initiating necessary countermeasures across the production process
•        Minimizing maintenance and investment costs to decrease production interruptions
•        Strategically planning and executing cost-effective production of molded parts

What we expect from you in terms of

Education & Skills

•        Higher education in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
•        Good knowledge of MS Office and CAD is a must
•        Familiarity with SAP would be a considerable asset

Languages

•        English – Proficient/Fluent
•        Turkish – Proficient/Fluent

Work Experience - Extensive relevant working experience
