Reed Turkey is looking for a "Financial Controller" for its global client that operates in automotive sector. (Located in Kocaeli) 

Job Description: 

•        Responsibility for the plant controlling activities
•        Sincere interest to get deeply involved in how further to optimize 
•        Support the culture of internal control and compliance where an adequate control framework is seen as an asset to achieve the goals of the business
•        Collaborating with other departments by collecting and providing financial information
•        Supporting in the preparation of ad-hoc analysis
•        Supporting monthly reporting, performing variance analysis between budget and actual 
•        Helping the controlling team in budgeting and forecast process
•        Monitoring monthly stock levels, with accurate reporting and reconciliation
•        Collaborating with the accounting department and participation to the overall monthly closing process  
•        Participate in cross-functional discussions and provide support in the execution of operations 

      Qualifications: 

•        Graduate from University in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or Engineering departments 
•        Experience in similar position and/or an audit company 
•        Having deep experience and know how about SAP CO / FI / MM / IM / PP module will be an asset 
•         Fluent English 
•         Experience in similar position and/or an audit company 
•         Excellent knowledge of MS Office
•         Preferably experience about product costing, costing flow, activity based costing, project based costing  
•         Experience in some of the following areas in relation to business control: Capex Monitoring, Opex   Cost Control, Financial Reporting, Internal Control 
•          Motivated and open to learn best in practices of industry and Controlling / Finance Profession 
•         Able handle multi-task duties and be a fast learner and ability to deal with dynamic environment
•         Able to locate Kocaeli or Istanbul Anatolian Side
