We are looking for a "Accounting and Finance Executive" for our European company manufacturing industrial products to which we provide consultancy.

• Graduated from Business Administration, Economics, Finance etc. departments at University
• Good knowledge of English to be able to communicate with people abroad, both verbally and in writing
• Min. 4 years of experience in accounting (preferably worked in the manufacturing industry)
• Able to use accounting programs effectively
• Able to use MS Office programs at a good level
• Knowledge of general accounting, sales accounting and cost accounting processes, and ability to use relevant ERP programs (preferably LOGO) at a good level
• Knowledge of all general accounting processes such as uniform chart of accounts, financial statements, VAT, Withholding Tax, Provisional Tax and Corporate Tax Declaration
• Possesses analytical thinking ability and necessary work discipline
• High reporting, analysis, business tracking and planning skills, result-oriented

Job Description:

• Cash, bank, invoice, delivery note, expenditure, receipt, etc. Tracking and checking documents and entering them into ERP accounting programs
• Controlling and reconciling current accounts
• Making payment plans and tracking collections
• Working in coordination with the CPA and CPA to prepare the VAT declaration, withholding tax return, provisional tax return, and corporate tax return
• Ensuring that E-Invoice and E-Ledger transactions are carried out accurately and on time
• Ensuring filing, correspondence and document flow
• Preparing and analyzing reports related to job description
