Job title: Administrative Coordinator
Requested tasks are:
1. Daily coordination with concerned departments about the daily operation and portfolio.
2. Daily data entry of the received portfolio over the related platforms.
3. Apply the needed trade research when requested.
4. Translate the received documents to English on daily bases.
5. Provide the management with weekly reports and analysis regarding the achieved tasks.
6. Professional level of English and Turkish. Any additional language is an asset.
7. University holder is preferred.
8. Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
What we are looking for:
1- Bachelor’s degree in; Journalism, English Literature and Language, Communications or similar fields.
2- 2 years of writing and editing experience required, preferably as a writer or editor of web content.
3- Fluent in English verbally and written.
4- Fluent writing in one of the languages of Arabic, French will be a plus.
5- Having knowledge related to social media.
6- Knowledge in MS Office.
