QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

This position will suit a HR professional who is seeking a new challenge and has the desire to make a difference. As HRBP you will provide a variety of services necessary for the recruitment, selection, assignment, motivation, training, and development of qualified employees. The scope of responsibility is broad and spans more than one area of functional specialization within the human resources function, such as compensation, benefits, labour relations, etc.


  • Responsible for all functions of the HR management including performance management, learning and development, recruitment and compensation and benefits;
  • Responsible for providing HR guidance to all employees within their defined scope;
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
  • Initiating, developing and implementing HR processes;
  • Implementing, integrating and development of learning and development programs;
  • Managing multiple priorities along with special projects of HR;
  • Coaching people managers in application of HR programs, facilitating HR related training, and employee engagement activities;
  • Administration of HR policies and practices in a consistent and professional manner;
  • Building strong relationship and trust with leaders and employees to obtain a positive employee relations and working environment;
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are tracked and applied;
  • Directly Reporting to GM,

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 8 years of experience inHR, fmcg experience is a plus,
  • Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including recruitment, compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, talent management;
  • Flexible communication style to interact with employees at all levels in order to resolve complex issues;
  • Ability to influence and inspire change with executive teams and across the teams, aligning the people strategy with business goals and growth;
  • Ability to both relate to and communicate with a wide variety of people and high level of integrity, ethics and trustworthiness;
  • Strong understanding of employment law and policies, and employment legislation compensation, benefits, interpersonal development, employee relations;
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and coaching skills;
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English is must.
