QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our company is a key player in the maritime sector, specializing in Ship Supplies & Ship Repair projects on commercial cargo ships. In order to further advance our success in this field, we are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively evaluating customer requests, making market search for best solution, preparing quotations, managing planning processes after approval. On the other hand, the candidate will be in charge of new customer searching and do the necessary marketing communications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• According to the inquiries from customer, making the market search through the agreed vendors,
• Prepare and sending the quotations to the clients,
• Preparing the necessary documentations after sales and handing over to the operation department,
• Follow-up on open tenders and getting in touch with clients for securing the sales,
• Spotting Local and Global potential customers and making the advertisements,
• Finding new vendors in coordination with management,
• Preare and presenting the sales reports, sharing know-how on how to increase the numbers with the Board of Directors,
• Having a key role on the future of the firm with being in touch with other departments on daily basis

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in the sales and/or marketing at maritime sector or have worked in shipyards or related field.
• To have a good knowledge on Office softwares,
• To have a good command of English (Will be tested during the interview)
• To be open to teamwork, have strong communication skills and be responsible.
