Tractor & Backhoe Operator

Responsible for driving heavy equipment or tractors, completing maintenance duties, and using farm implements to transport cattle feed and other materials inside the farm. Also to operate Backhoe

• Drive tractor to move materials, draw farm implements, trailers, or load heavy material.
•   Operate tractor mounted with wide spread pneumatic or metallic treads to transport raw materials, cattle feed and other materials. 
•  Operating tractors safely and efficiently.
•   Performing inspections of machines with all attachments.
•   Using tractors and backhoe to transport materials and pull or push farm equipment.
•   Maneuvering motorized heavy equipment to ensure the accurate removal and placement of materials.

•  Minimum 5 - 7 Years driving and maintaining Experience of equipments. 
•  Preferably a person who has experience in dairy farms. 
•  Should possess a Valid Turkish Driving License for Tractor and related equipments
•  Ability to work with work pressure at any time as required. 
•  Ability to see details from far distance. 
•  Ability to work and adhere to the safety standards of the company. 
•  Ability to work for longer hours with concentration and minimum supervision.
•  Ability to perform emergency roadside repairs for the Vehicle.
• Knowledge about the Technical details of the Vehicle.
•   Knowledge of applicable Heavy Equipment driving rules and regulations in Turkey.
•   Preferably can communicate in English or Arabic.
