QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the safe keeping and organizes of all stock located within the warehouse. Controls and monitors the movement of all inventory items and ensures that inventory items are available when required and to maintain stoke record via computer record software
Operations:
- Maintain all items existing in the store in a clean and good order.
- Should be able to arrange items and make classification-cards.
- Follow up inventory and check for any material shortage, particularly spare parts and important materials.
- Able to use computer software, enter the data, and print the reports whenever required.
- Can speak and write Turkish and English.
- Works closely with procurement department, operations department and finance department.
- Responsible for all incoming deliveries and shipment and safe keeping of all stock located within the CARE warehouses.
- Operates procedures for activities such as verification of incoming to and outgoing from warehouse of equipment / materials shipments.
- Handling and disposition of inventory items and keeping warehouse inventory current and accurate.
- Continuously maintain stoke record via computer record software.
- Compares deliveries with specifications indicated on purchase orders/contract document and physically inspect delivered item and prepares discrepancy reports for any item not in compliance.
- Using delivery documentation or delivery notes, prepares items for dispatch to clients.
- Inspects physical condition of the storage area, materials and equipment.
- In conjunction with the Financial Controller undertakes physical inventories if required.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support other department when required.
- Works within the company’s policies, objectives and quality management system.
- Fills supply requisitions.
- Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a clean, neat and orderly manner.
- At least college degree holder or suitable degree related to accounting or warehouse keeping.
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in similar projects.
- preferred similar experience in dairy farm.
- Must have knowledge of Modern warehouse procedures, including methods of proper and orderly storage and issuance of materials; basic stock inventory procedures;
- Knowledge of accounting principles;
- MS Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Good Command of Turkish, and English or Arabic Language (Read, Write, and speak).
- Should Have Driving License
- Must have knowledge and experience in storekeeping
- Knowledge in basic bookkeeping
- Must be keen to details.
- Must have strong built to carry supplies.
