QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The Administrative/Secretary is tasked in arranging agenda for the daily meetings, receiving visitors, providing general information about the company, and answering inquiries related to activities conducted by the company. The role includes performing clerical and administrative duties such as organizing files, preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and supporting other staff. Able to Translate any document for the administration from Turkish to English and vice versa

  •  Arrange schedules and work program. 
  •  arranging agenda for the daily meetings
  •   Record the minutes of meetings.
  •  Responsible for travel arrangements of the manager and do any other tasks assigned by the manager. 
  •  Respond to correspondences and write/type official letters and forms and any other correspondences. 
  •  To provide administrative support to all departments in daily administrative/operational duties. 
  •  Translate any document for the administration from Turkish to English and vice versa. 
  •  Maintain and update the database, files and inventory records must be organized and available as when is necessary. 
  •  Handle faxes, phone calls, and most of communications. 
  • Prepare confidential letters, labels, envelopes, documents, reports, etc. 
  •  File, copy, and/or deliver or mail documents 
  •  Perform other duties as assigned/needed 
  •  Maintain good public relations


  • Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in Administrative work .
  •  Good Command of Turkish, and English or Arabic Language (Read, Write, and speak). 
  •  Translate any document for the administration from Turkish to English and vice versa.
  •   Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills. 
  •  Good computer application skills - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 
  •  Able to work independently, work pressure and extra hours. 
  •  Able to start immediately.

High School(Graduate), Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate)
