Qualifications and Skills 

- University degree in civil engineering,

- Advanced English language skills,

- Turkish language skills would be an advantage,

Professional Experience

- At least 10 years of professional experience in technical monitoring and/or supervision of

construction or infrastructure projects, preferably hospitals, from project start until

completion;

- Experience in overseeing the implementation of at least 5 infrastructure projects from

beginning to end, including budget and schedule management, preferably hospitals;

- Experience in working with ministries and/or municipalities on at least 5 infrastructure and

construction projects, preferably hospitals in the last 10 years;

- Experience in the supervision and/or monitoring of at least 1 infrastructure project

financed by the EU and/or International Organisations and/or Bilateral Development

Agencies during the last 7 years;

- Experience in at least 3 infrastructure projects where relevant laws and regulations, such

as health and safety, earthquake regulations apply;

- Experience of working in Turkey would be an advantage.

The Team Leader shall be the main contact person for the client. The tasks and

responsibilities of the team leader shall include leading and managing the technical experts,

acting as the primary liaison with the Ministry of Health, ensuring that the outputs of the services, as

specified above, are delivered on time and in line with client's requirements. 

The Team Leader shall also regularly conduct on-site visits.
