Graduated from University
Minumum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
Good at MS Office and CRM (Prism) programs
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong English written and verbal skills.
No travel restriction
Leading and develop department strategies to achieve business objectives,
Managing all sales and after-sales processes of the customers,
Preparing and analyzing sales reports,
Proven ability contract management,
Generating leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct,
Maintaining an ongoing relationship with the customers by following up on their requests and updates through accurate feedback entry on CRM.
Achieving sales targets set by the company.
