PETROFER has a vital importance for Heat Treatment Products for Steel and Aluminium Industries, Metal Treating and Forming Oils, Industrial Oils, Cleaning Chemicals, Rust and Corrosion Preventives, Fire Resistant Hydraulic Fluids, Chemicals for Tissue Productions, Greases, Specialized Products and etc.

• University degree in chemistry department
• Minimum 3 years professional experience at laboratory, preferably in industrial lubricants business and/or related chemical industry
• Excellent command of English andTurkish both written and spoken; German will be an asset

• Good knowledge of the Quality and Laboratory Management Systems, ISO 17025 Standard, and other relevant international standards

• Good technical skills, analytical thinking and creative solving of technical problems
• Excellent communication, planning and organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to accurately and concisely report test work
• Knowledge of safety techniques, terminology and technology related to laboratory protocols and general laboratory procedures
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team and result oriented
• Professional use of Microsoft applications  
• No military obligation for male candidates

• Must have strong communication skills to develop close partnerships with Business Units (BU's) and work on a multi-disciplinary team. Must be proficient in working on multiple teams and projects

Job Description:

• Assisting the Laboratory Chief upon Laboratory Management Systems
• Developing, designing and/or applying new laboratory instrumentation, automated test systems, test fixtures needed for laboratory testing or in support of upgrading the laboratory infrastructure. Support the installation, testing and validation of the new and/or revised instrumentation
• Designing new laboratory measurements, interpret and apply laboratory data to solve production and laboratory problems
• Assisting the Quality Manager upon Technical Service of Lubricants at Laboratory.
• Providing systematic solutions for technical problems transmitted by Sales Team.
• Organizing the Quality and Laboratory Management System activities
• Planning and conducting internal audits, assist external audits
• Supporting the sites in the implementation of improvement plans
• Assisting the regional sites in Laboratory Management System reporting.
• Understanding of customer technical requirements and adaptation of these requirements to existing Quality Management System
